For more than 20 years I have held different managing roles in private firms and public corporations in Spain. I also taught at universities in Spain and Germany. Then, in 2014, I moved with my family to Winnipeg.

I was 52 when A+StudentsAi started. By this time, it has a 10+years background as university professor in two continents and three countries, Canada included. As any other professor, I experienced how poorly motivated or accomplished students negatively affect the whole class. In theory, all students were equally capable, but just in theory.

There had to be a better way to select the best students! I found it with the help of my partners and created A+StudentsAi.

Based on past students’ records and academic performance, A+StudentsAi projects the GPA at the graduation of candidates and ranks them accordingly. In minutes, fact-based, unbiased.
