A former senior executive responsible for business strategy and reputation management, Garrett was deeply involved in her organization’s climb to #5 on Canada’s top 50 employers list.

Shortly before my 54th birthday, I started an eclectic business that includes executive coaching; consulting on internal culture transformation, and strategic planning; speeches and workshops on resilience, constructive conflict, employee engagement and leadership trust, to name a few.

I love working with individuals, executive teams and boards interested in becoming amazing leaders. My vision is to help people get out of their own way so they can shine.

I weave Dr. Brené Brown’s work on courage, vulnerability and whole-hearted living into everything I do. I’m also a corporate Board Director and offer governance training and board development.

I volunteer my expertise with the boards of the Autism Resource Centre, Mental Health Commission of Canada and the International Coach Federation. I also mentor several young women.
